Ingredients

  • 4 (8-ounce) sirloin steaks
  • 1/2 cup dark rum
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
