Ingredients

  • 500g chicken feet

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken feet and trim the nails. Place them in a steaming basket with ginger slices.
  2. Steam the chicken feet over high heat for 30 minutes until tender.
