Ingredients

Instructions
- Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Place the chicken in a heatproof dish that fits inside a steamer.
- In a small bowl, mash the fermented black beans with the back of a spoon.
- Spread the black beans over the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic, ginger, and green onions over the chicken.
- In another bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, and chicken broth.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
