Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chili oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and sugar. Place the chicken thighs in a steaming dish and pour the soy sauce mixture over them. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle the minced garlic and chopped green onions over the chicken thighs.
