Steamed Chicken With Chinese Sausage

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 4 Chinese sausages
  • 3 slices ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken thighs and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. Slice the Chinese sausages diagonally.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a heatproof dish and arrange the Chinese sausages on top.
