Ingredients
- 1 whole chitol fish, cleaned and cut into pieces
- 1 cup mustard paste
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 2 green chilies, slit lengthwise
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mustard oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Marinate the fish pieces with mustard paste, turmeric powder, and salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Mix yogurt, mustard oil, sugar, and green chilies in a bowl.
- Place the marinated fish in a steaming dish and pour the yogurt mixture over it.
- Cover the dish and steam the fish for 30 minutes on medium heat.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
