Ingredients
- 2 live crabs
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Clean the crabs and chop them into pieces.
- Place the crab pieces on a heatproof plate for steaming.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, light soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper.
- Spread the garlic sauce evenly over the crab pieces.
- Steam the crabs for 10-12 minutes until they are fully cooked.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and pour it over the steamed crabs.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
