Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place the crab pieces in a heatproof dish.
  2. Sprinkle the ginger and scallions over the crabs.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the Shaoxing wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and salt. Pour this mixture over the crabs.
  4. Steam the crabs over high heat for 8-10 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
