Ingredients
- 2 live crabs, cleaned and cut into pieces

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
- Place the crab pieces in a heatproof dish.

- In a small bowl, mix the Shaoxing wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and salt. Pour this mixture over the crabs.
