Ingredients

- 20 dumpling wrappers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the minced pork, shiitake mushrooms, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper until well combined.
- Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold and pleat to seal.
