Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 cups chopped scallions

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground pork, chopped scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper until well combined.
- Place a small amount of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold and pleat to seal the dumplings.
- Prepare a steamer and line it with parchment paper. Arrange the dumplings in the steamer, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Steam the dumplings for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- While the dumplings are steaming, heat the vegetable oil in a small saucepan until hot. Pour the hot oil over the chopped scallions to create scallion oil.
- Once the dumplings are cooked, drizzle the scallion oil over them before serving.
