Ingredients
- 4 bhetki fish fillets
- 4 tablespoons mustard paste
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon mustard oil
- Salt to taste
- 4 green chilies, slit
- 4 tablespoons mustard oil for greasing
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mustard paste, yogurt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, mustard oil, and salt to make the marinade.
- Marinate the fish fillets with the prepared marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Grease a steaming dish with mustard oil and place the marinated fish fillets in it.
- Place slit green chilies on top of the fish fillets.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and steam on medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
- Once done, remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
