Steamed Mustard Pabda Fish (shorshe Pabda Bhapa)

Ingredients

  • 4 Pabda fish fillets
  • 4 tbsp mustard paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 green chilies, slit
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
