Ingredients

Instructions
- Place the pomfret on a heatproof dish and make 3 diagonal cuts on each side of the fish.

- In a small bowl, mix together the Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper. Pour this mixture over the fish.
- Steam the fish over high heat for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
