Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely chopped Napa cabbage

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 package round dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, Napa cabbage, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold the wrapper in half and press the edges to seal.
  3. Arrange the dumplings in a single layer in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper.
  4. Steam the dumplings for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
