Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 cups finely chopped Napa cabbage
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 package round dumpling wrappers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, Napa cabbage, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, salt, and white pepper. Mix well.
- Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold the wrapper in half and press the edges to seal.
- Arrange the dumplings in a single layer in a steamer basket lined with parchment paper.
- Steam the dumplings for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
