- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water

Instructions

- Place the pork ribs in a heatproof dish or a steaming plate.
- Sprinkle the mashed black beans, minced garlic, and minced ginger over the pork ribs.
