Ingredients
- 500g pork ribs
- 100g rice flour
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp five-spice powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together rice flour, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, five-spice powder, garlic, ginger, and green onions to create a marinade.
- Add the pork ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated pork ribs in a heatproof dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Pour water into the steamer and bring it to a boil. Place the dish with the pork ribs into the steamer and steam for 1 hour.
- Once the pork ribs are tender and cooked through, remove from the steamer and serve hot.
