Ingredients

  • 4 banana leaves, cut into 8x8 inch squares

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the prawns with mustard paste, turmeric powder, green chilies, coconut paste, and salt. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Place a portion of the marinated prawns in the center of each banana leaf square and fold the leaves to form parcels.
  3. Steam the banana leaf parcels for 10-12 minutes until the prawns are cooked through.
  4. Serve the steamed prawn in banana leaf hot with steamed rice.
