Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- 250g minced meat (chicken, beef, or lamb)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Grated coconut for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the rice flour with a little salt and water to make a crumbly mixture.
- Layer the minced meat, onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt in a steamer.
- Place the rice flour mixture on top of the meat mixture in the steamer.
- Steam for 20-25 minutes until the rice cake is cooked through.
- Once done, remove from the steamer and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Unmold the steamed rice cake onto a plate and garnish with grated coconut.
