Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, deveined and peeled

- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place the shrimp in a heatproof dish.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic over the shrimp.
- In a small bowl, mix together the light soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper. Pour the mixture over the shrimp and garlic.
- Sprinkle the chopped green onions on top of the shrimp.
