Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup diced tofu
- 1 cup diced mushrooms

- 1/2 cup diced water chestnuts
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a bowl, mix together the cooked rice, tofu, mushrooms, carrots, water chestnuts, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper, and green onions.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the filling mixture.
