Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and the yeast mixture. Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- In a separate bowl, mix the ground pork, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt to make the filling.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a small circle. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle, then pleat and seal the edges to form a bun.
- Place the buns in a steamer lined with parchment paper and steam for 15 minutes.
