Ingredients
- 4 fresh crab shells
- 200g ground pork
- 50g shrimp, finely chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Remove the meat from the crab shells and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, shrimp, eggs, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, water chestnuts, green onions, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each crab shell with the pork and shrimp mixture.
- Place the filled crab shells in a steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes until the filling is cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
