Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu
- 100g ground pork
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the tofu by cutting it into thick slices and hollowing out the center to create a pocket for the filling.
- In a bowl, mix together the ground pork, chopped mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, black pepper, and green onions to create the filling.
