Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the plain yogurt, condensed milk, sugar, and cardamom powder until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place it in a steamer or a large pot with a steamer basket.
- Steam the yogurt mixture for 30 minutes on medium heat.
- Once done, remove from the steamer and let it cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
