Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated tapioca (kappa)
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Water, as needed

Instructions

  1. Combine grated tapioca, grated coconut, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add water gradually and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Fill a steamer pot with water and bring it to a boil.
  4. Place the tapioca-coconut mixture in the steamer basket and steam for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Remove from the steamer and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
