Ingredients

  • 100g minced pork
  • 20g salted fish, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced tofu on a heatproof plate.
  2. Spread the minced pork and diced salted fish on top of the tofu slices.
