Ingredients

- 100g minced pork

- 1/4 cup water
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Place the sliced tofu on a heatproof plate.
- Spread the minced pork and diced salted fish on top of the tofu slices.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and water. Pour the mixture over the tofu, pork, and salted fish.
