Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a steaming dish, arrange the sliced wild mushrooms.
  2. Sprinkle minced garlic over the mushrooms.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Pour this mixture evenly over the mushrooms.
