Ingredients
- 1 pound wild mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a steaming dish, arrange the sliced wild mushrooms.
- Sprinkle minced garlic over the mushrooms.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Pour this mixture evenly over the mushrooms.
- Place the steaming dish in a steamer over boiling water. Cover and steam for 15 minutes.
- Once done, remove from the steamer and garnish with sliced green onions.
