Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, condensed milk, and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cardamom powder to the mixture and whisk until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan and cover it with aluminum foil.
- Place a trivet in a large pot and add enough water to create steam. Place the cake pan on the trivet.
- Cover the pot and steam the cheesecake on medium heat for 30 minutes or until set.
- Once done, remove the cheesecake from the pot and let it cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with chopped nuts before serving.
