Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the plain yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, and cardamom powder until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a tart pan or individual tart molds.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top for garnish.
- Cover the tart pan with aluminum foil.
- Place the tart pan in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
- Once done, remove from the steamer and let it cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
