Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the plain yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, and cardamom powder until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a tart pan or individual tart molds.

  4. Cover the tart pan with aluminum foil.
  5. Place the tart pan in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
