Steller's Seafood Stir-fry
Steller's Seafood Stir-Fry is a delicious and nutritious dish inspired by the cuisine of Commander Islands. This stir-fry is packed with a variety of fresh seafood and vegetables, creating a flavorful and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb scallops
- 1 lb mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, snap peas, and broccoli)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and scallops, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.
- Add mixed vegetables and continue stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and toss to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve the Steller's Seafood Stir-Fry hot.
