Steller's Seafood Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 lb mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, snap peas, and broccoli)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and scallops, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and continue stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and toss to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Remove from heat and serve the Steller's Seafood Stir-Fry hot.
