Ingredients
- 1 kg ground beef
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 3 large carrots, diced
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and diced carrots to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper, then transfer it to a baking dish.
- Boil the cubed potatoes until they are soft, then mash them with a little butter and milk to create a smooth potato topping.
- Spoon the mashed potatoes over the meat and vegetable mixture in the baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake the pie in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes, or until the potato topping is golden brown.
