Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef, cut into chunks
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 8 cups water

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the beef, onions, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  2. Add the potatoes, carrots, and bell pepper to the pot. Simmer for an additional 30-40 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
