Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, cubed
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
- Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Stir in the carrots, potatoes, and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour in the beef broth.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 1 hour, or until the beef is tender.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
