Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, cubed
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the beef cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until the onions are translucent.
  4. Stir in the carrots, potatoes, and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour in the beef broth.
  6. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 1 hour, or until the beef is tender.
  7. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
