Ingredients

  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  2. Add the onions, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
