Ingredients
- 500g pork ribs

- 4 cups water
Instructions
- Blanch the pork ribs in boiling water for 5 minutes, then rinse and drain.
- Heat a pot over medium heat, add the pork ribs, ginger, and garlic, and stir-fry until the pork ribs are slightly browned.
- Add the soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, and salt, and stir well.
- Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 40 minutes.
- Add the bamboo shoots and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
