Ingredients
- 4 red snapper fillets
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup okra, sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes

- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Season the red snapper fillets with salt and pepper.
