Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and black pepper for 15 minutes.
