Ingredients
- 500g beef, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons black bean sauce

- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and sugar for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
