Ingredients

  • 500g beef, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons black bean sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and sugar for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat.
  3. Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant, then add the marinated beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. Using the same wok, stir-fry the onion and bell pepper until slightly softened.
