Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tsp black peppercorns, crushed
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, and sugar for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until it changes color. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add more oil if needed. Stir-fry the onion and bell pepper until slightly softened.
- Return the beef to the wok. Add crushed black peppercorns and salt to taste. Stir-fry until everything is well combined.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
