Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2-inch piece ginger, julienned
  • 4 scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Add scallions and continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
