Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-inch piece ginger, julienned
- 4 scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
- Add scallions and continue to stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot.
