Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sugar for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir-fry the chicken until cooked through, then remove from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the remaining oil in the wok, then add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the wok, then add the chicken broth. Stir-fry for another minute to combine everything.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
