Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup snow peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sugar for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Stir-fry the chicken until cooked through, then remove from the wok and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in the wok, then add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snow peas to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the wok, then add the chicken broth. Stir-fry for another minute to combine everything.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
