Ingredients

  • 2 red chili peppers, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok over high heat and add vegetable oil.
  2. Add garlic, fermented black beans, and red chili peppers. Stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add clams, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
