Ingredients
- 1 lb pork, thinly sliced
- 1 small cabbage, shredded
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the pork slices and stir-fry until they are no longer pink. Remove the pork from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil in the wok. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the shredded cabbage to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it begins to wilt.
- Return the cooked pork to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
