Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork, thinly sliced
  • 1 small cabbage, shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the pork slices and stir-fry until they are no longer pink. Remove the pork from the wok and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil in the wok. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it begins to wilt.
  5. Return the cooked pork to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
