Ingredients
- 300g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 100g cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 scallion, chopped
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the garlic and red chili, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Add the prawns and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Add the cashew nuts, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Add the scallions and stir-fry for 1 more minute.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
