Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the bell peppers, carrot, and green onions. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and toss to combine.
  6. Season with salt to taste and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
