Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 green bell pepper, julienned
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the bell peppers, carrot, and green onions. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and toss to combine.
- Season with salt to taste and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot with steamed rice.
