Ingredients
- 200g pork loin, thinly sliced
- 200g bamboo shoots, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate the pork slices with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, salt, and white pepper for 15 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tbsp of chicken broth.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the marinated pork slices and stir-fry until they are no longer pink.
- Add the shredded bamboo shoots and julienned red bell pepper, and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the remaining chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
