Ingredients
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove shrimp from the wok and set aside.
- In the same wok, add a little more oil if needed. Stir-fry the mixed vegetables and garlic for 2-3 minutes until they are crisp-tender.
- Return the shrimp to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and white pepper. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
