Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, snow peas, and carrots), sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in the same wok.
- Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Return the cooked shrimp to the wok.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
