Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar. Set aside.
