Ingredients
- 300g squid, cleaned and sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate the squid with soy sauce, sugar, salt, and ground white pepper for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with chicken broth and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the marinated squid and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the bell peppers, carrot, and green onions. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
